Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The reservation becomes valid from the moment the advance payment or reservation fee is made and remains valid until 24:00 on the day of arrival at the hotel.

  1. Cancellation of an individual reservation – The reservation can be canceled free of charge only in writing form, via e-mail or fax, up to 3 days before the planned arrival. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night of the planned stay/reservation.
  2. Cancellation of a group reservation (10 + rooms) – The reservation can be canceled free of charge only in writing form, via e-mail or fax, up to 15 days before the planned arrival. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night of the planned stay/reservation.
  3. No Show In the case of a no-show, the hotel retains 100% of the prepaid advance payment or reservation fee.
  4. Refund Policy If the conditions for a refund are met:
  • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the payment was made.
  • To request a refund, a written request must be submitted via email or fax, along with supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate in the case of illness).
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval of the request.

Note:

  • All changes or cancellations must be confirmed by the hotel.
  • In case of illness or force majeure, appropriate documentation must be provided to consider a refund.
